Delivered in 2009 as the iconic Falcon Motor Yachts and constructed to RINA 100—A1.1 “Y” standards, she has been lovingly cared for and maintained by a fastidious owner and professional management team. For the first time in 10 years, she represents a rare opportunity for a new owner. 
Through the owners foresight to make the yacht more lifestyle friendly with the varied Australian weather conditions, in 2013 and 2014 more than $1,500,000 was spent in a shipyard period at Rivergate Marina and Shipyard. An upgrade to the flybridge converted it into a pure entertaining level designed to keep guests comfortable in all conditions and weather, from the heat of the Great Barrier Reef to the cooler Melbourne nights. 
The list of works included the addition of a hard top, enclosed windscreen, bar area, supercharged air conditioning to keep you cool or warm in any condition, removal of the davit crane to create more deck space, laying of all new teak decks and a heavily engineered hydraulic swim platform to carry the tender and a submersible swim platform. 
Powered by 2 x 2,000HP MTU 16v2000M90 turbocharged engines, accommodating up to 8 guests in 4 luxurious cabins, with the addition of 2 crew cabins, NORSEMAN presents an opportunity for an owner to explore not only the Australian coastline but further afield into the South Pacific in true comfort and style. 
Immaculately maintained by All Points Marine Vessel Management in Airlie Beach, a full list of inclusions, refit and maintenance records are available on request. the new owner has the option of keeping the management company and berth at Coral Sea Marina Airlie beach. 
Further options include the 21 ft SEA HUNT TRITON 210 center console boat, setup and reinforced for towing from NORSEMAN.
